Appointing a relative or family member to positions in a nation or also called as favoritism is known as a serious issue and there are rules and laws that could have been implemented to prevent such occurrence. On the other hand, economic corruption is quite rampant these days.
Basically, any government official may feel indebted in terms of financial aspects not to his country and people but to his family or tribe. Actually, this is now a common problem that is quite difficult to address. There are leaders that allocate funds for building structures where his supporters live. But he will never allocate funds to the group that did not support and help him.
Another problem is the religion. Actually, Islam is the major religion in the East. But activists see other religious groups as nonbelievers. This is actually the primary reason for violence rates to increase. However, every country is different, specifically if the nation has their own beliefs and rules in religion.
Also, the world today has several problems and challenges. The crime problems give the citizens sleepless nights. In most places, people are afraid to walk around the neighborhood because their lives are in danger along their way. Public safety is now at risk. One cause of crime is the drug trade. Basically, people engage in these bad activities because they lack opportunities.
So instead of allowing an unemployment rate to increase, the government should hire youth as security personnel and increase security in the entire country. Also, kidnapping activity is growing fast nowadays. They kidnapped country kids in exchange for ransom money. Actually, one reason for such event is unemployment since many people are stressed with joblessness.
Basically, these are only some of the major problems that any country have faced right now. It is also believed that those circumstances will be improved if solutions are properly implemented through the effort of citizens and the government. Nothing is impossible if everyone in a nation helps one another for the betterment of their lives and of course, the country as a whole.
