Sitting for long is not advisable as it might strain your back. To keep your spine in perfect check it is important that you stretch a bit from time to time. Also, when at any stoplight you can decide to stand up so as to engage the most crucial parts of your body. You should mainly focus on engaging the rib shift, tailbone tuck, and the shoulder twist.

When you finally get to your destination remember to take good care of yourself. Watch what you eat especially if you are in an entirely new place where you have not been before. Wash the foods you eat and cook what needs to be cooked. Any eateries you visit much be hygienic to keep your system in check.

On eating new food and taking different water your body might react differently. Since you know your body too well, listen to it carefully. Anything unusual that persists should be taken seriously and reported to healthcare providers.
