Due to the rise of dancing groups, there is need to compete to see who are the winners and who need to improve on their tactics. After the registration is successful, the teacher will receive all important notifications through the email as well as schedules for upcoming contests. To add on that, the studios are allowed to change any information about participants.

If the studio does not meet the deadline, the team can be disqualified from the contest. At this point, no amends are allowed, and no entries are done via the fax, phone or email. This means, if one is not careful, you may end up losing the chance to contest in the event.

Once you enter the event, you should know that the directors and facilitators will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur. So all the participants, students, parents, directors of studios or other spectators have to take care of themselves when at the event. To add on that, if they lose any property, the facilitators of the event will not be answerable.

On the off chance, an individual participant has extended the time that is set for the presentation; the team will be penalized especially if the extra time was not paid for and the judges were not informed early. If they win a prize, the deductions shall be made from that award in monetary value thus it is essential to observe time.

Additionally, the soloists are allowed to perform only three solos when they pass to the regional contentions. However, it is not a must that they compete against other contestants of their age. Therefore, the dancing crew has to ensure that they follow the statutory rules if they want to be winners in the dancing contest.
